How to select an item from the drop down list which is constantly changing?

Hi there,

I am recording a test where by i have to test Test Phase (675) from the drop down list but the number changes whenever this item is removed. '675' is the id and a new one is created with a different id when it is deleted. so the next time i run this test, it will be Test Phase (some other random number)". my keyword test get confused as it is always finding for a constant number. how can i make it such that user whatever number which is behind Test Phase (***). Please look at the attached image.
