How to obtain tooltip of a particular text on the webpage

Hi,



I have a webpage with a hyperlink and when I hover the mouse on that link,it shows up with the tooltip text.How can I obtain that text through my script. I tried to used OnMouseOver event from javascript but that is not returning any result .Also looked in Test complete help files but did not find any mouse event related to this .
