How can we get the ToolTip of the ToolBar

Unable to get the Button text as well as the Tool Tip of the Tool Bar

Any other way to get the Tool Tip, as in the object browser it shows empty with WButtonText Property and no field for tool tip.

I'm using TC v15.43.1.7 x64. If I add the WndClass name 'ToolbarWindow32' of Notepad++ v8.4.4 x64 to the Project properties -> Open Application -> MSAA. Then TC is able to identify each of the buttons, for example 'Save All' button, using Object Spy
