Error while doing PDF extraction
Hello,
I am trying to use PDF checkpoint in Keyword and while extracting the file for content, I got the following error. Not sure if this is something to do with my internal VPN settings.

Is the PDF really large? You might try it with a very small file just to see if the connection works.
We always try to put our files to compare somewhere on the local test machine just to make things go faster. If you need to test that the PDF went to a particular place when it was created, then make that a separate test and just check to see if it exists. It's still valid even if you don't do all that at once.

I heard from my IT department that this PDF extractor is trying to save the file on cloud which is not allowed by our client. Is there any other way that I can validate the content of the PDF using Script. Can you provide me some sample test please. Thanks

Hi @tvklovesu
It might be your settings, as per the following guide on the requirements;
-
Your computer must have access to the ocr.api.dev.smartbear.com web service. If you have firewalls or proxies running in your network, they should allow your computer to access the web service.
-
Your firewall must allow traffic through port 443.
Please let me know if that helps.
