Error when trying to share a test log

Question

When clicking on the Share button from any test log I can an error "Bad status code: 500." If I right-click on a test log in the Project Explorer and click on Share... I get the same error message. I tried the command line option from Sharing Test Results | TestComplete Documentation (smartbear.com) and get an error that it cannot be shared. It is a different error. I am behind a VPN but I am able to access https://sharereports.smartbear.com normally.

Current version: 15.40.421.7 x64

I've been testing the share option this morning and I was able to generate a link and share test results using the steps outlined in the following documentation;

Can you advise if you are still experiencing an issue when sharing test results?
