You need the Web testing module to test web pages displayed using WPF System.Windows.Controls.WebBrowser.

Yes i just installed a trial of TC12 that has the web module and the objects were found so it looks like we need WebTesting module

I don't think you need a web module to test since the WPF application falls under Desktop category.

System.Windows.Controls.WebBrowser does not appear to be in the supported controls

System.Windows.Controls.WebBrowser is a browser window object that you can see it as BrowserWindow.
