Drop-Down Box doesnt select right Element in Chrome

Thats my testing script for the video i made

 

Problem is - it selects the right element but then clicks on something different everytime - with .value I can set the right value - but its only visual - as soon as i press save it saves the old value.

 

in FF Browser it works fine - in Chrome it doesn't for me (even for a other guy in my team it work). I have the latest stable versions installed (same version as my team partner) and already uninstalled every extension from chrome except for the smartbear extension.

 

I just can't get it to work - Anyone knows how this could get fixed? Or how i could make a workaround without ClickItem.
