Default User Interface Smart Bear Front End

My front is all screwed up. I know I reset it before however today all of a sudden my user interface is pretty much usuable,  I want to reset so I have all the tool on one screen. Tests, project settings, mappings etc.    I remember it same thing to with Docking. Maybe not.

It is now on one big screen.

Yes of course after looking for an hour than posing this I found the answer. Tools Restore Default settings
