Chrome test recording unable even if extension is activated

Hi,

 

I have a very annoying problem : even if my TC Chrome Extension is activated, test recording asks me to enable it.

    What version of TestComplete are you currently running?  Chrome has updated recently to versions 60 and 61 and TestComplete version 12.31 supports those straight "out of the box".  If you're running an older version of TC, you should upgrade to the latest version to utilize these new Chrome versions.

      I'm using version 12.31.1833...

      I just re-installed chrome

      You mean that I need to uninstall Chrome extension ?
