Checking Authorized webpage broken links

Hi,

      I have used "Checking for Broken Links with the Web Accessibility Checkpoint" method for verifying the broken links on a webpage. But its failing to check the links in authorized web page. Please guide me which method I should follow to verify the broken links in authorized webpage.
