Hi,
As per message, there is some problem with connection capabilities that you are providing.
Have you tried to use Capabilities Creator (https://bitbar.github.io/capabilities-creator/) ?

Hi Alex, im tried appium server and set capabilites, but i must open android studio and run emulator before.. that to display the application run in the appium emulator.. (photo) - wants to accept the settings (allow permition 4x allow click) .. therefore it will not start without allowing it
bitbar just doesn't work for me, I don't know why...
I can't even map an object using the mapping button. I click on button map object from screen, but object will not be saved to the Namemapping file..
I need to know the following: 1. How do I enable permissions on the emulator so I don't have to run android studio (photo) 2. How to map the application via emulator in testcomplete. The mapped object will not be saved to me.
Thanks

Hi,
> Device not found, why?
Probably, because you did not use the Select Device operation to specify what device must be considered as the current one. See documentation for more details.

NameMapping and recording is not supported yet for cross-platform testing and must be coded manually.

Any specific details? Have you read for details whole https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/mobile/device-cloud/index.html help section?
> How do I enable permissions on the emulator
I would recommend to consider the 'Grant all permissions listed in the application manifest after package install' option of the mobile Tested Application (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/tested-apps/mobile/android-parameters.html).
https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Mobile-Application/Testcomplete-and-the-new-permission-system-in-Android/td-p/123178 thread might also help.
