How to set web browser as first Paret in object repository while using Testcomplete with Specflow

I am using testcomplete + Specflow combination to implement BDD framework for my project.

I have created a html file as Object Repository for locating objects on the web page with their identification properties.

Now, to locate the object and perform any action on them I would need to set the first parent object refering to which child objects can be located.

I am using the below code to do so:

protected readonly var Browser = BrChrome;

                protected static var BrChrome

        {

                        get { return Connect.Sys["Browser"]("chrome"); }

        }

however the code is not wotking and I am getting a exception:

 “Cannot create ActiveX component.”

Please help me resolving this issue, how to set a object for Chrome Browser?
