Pleas make sure that you are using the latest TestComplete version - v. 11.31.
If you see the same error, check whether the device is connected to ADB using the steps below:
1. On your computer, open the command-line prompt. To do that, press Win+R. This will invoke the operating system’s Run dialog box. In the dialog, type "cmd" (without quotes) and click OK.
2. In the command prompt, enter the "path\adb.exe" devices command:
\platform-tools\adb.exe devices
This will display a list of devices to which the Bridge is connected. The list displays device identifiers (a string of alphanumerical characters).
3. Check whether your device is on the list and let me know the results.
