Use simulator for iOS automation

how can I use simulator for mobile automation(iOS). In this corona time, We are working from home and it's not possible to use devices because CPU is in office.

I am looking for both Android and iOS. How can I use simulator for same It's possible or not?

Please give you suggestions.
