Unable to install Test Complete trial version

I am trying to install Test Complete 14 trial in my local system but unable to install as previously i had already use a trial and that is expired now now i downloaded again Test Complete 14 with different credentials and trying to install but it's showing 30 days trial is expired.

How can i install TC 14 trial in my system ?

Please help.

    Trial is supposed to be for when you don't have the actual product.

    An account manager should be in touch with you and they can work to get this issue resolved. Please let me know if anyone has reached out ad if they have'nt please direct message me your contact details and I will get an account manager to talk to you about trial extension
