I have a few questions about TestComplete:
1) Is there a possibility to test mobile applications in the cloud for iOS and Android?
2) Do You support xamarin for iOS, Android?
3) What is the final price for Mobile and how long is the licence valid?

1) Currently TestComplete supports CrossBrowsingTesting cloud service only for web applications. As far as I know, mobile apps cloud testing is in the road map.
2) Xamarin is supported since version 12.5
3) The final price depends on the license type and quantity. Please check here >>

Is there possible preparing iOS emulator too?

No, currently you can test iOS apps only on real devices.
