Single for different App having same UI
Is this possible to execute a Script for more than one App. which have same internal process and UI but the different Organization.

Not sure what is your definition for "internal process" and "Organization".
Nevertheless:
Primary area for TestComplete is functional testing via UI. In order to be able to communicate with the UI controls, TestComplete must identify them.
So, if you can provide enough instructions for TestComplete to make it possible for it to identify controls, data and actions, then definitely one code can be used to drive different applications.
