Objects not resized when using mobile virtual machine

I need to test a hybrid web application for the mobile. I have added a mobile virtuel machine time as the first step of my test case. When I launch the test, I can see the window is re sized. However I have the impression that the objects are not. This causes the failure of my test as some of the objects are not present on screen. Someone knows how to fix this problem?
