Images From Recorded Test is not displayed on the Test Visualizer section

Good day all,

 

Please kindly help, the Test Visualizer menu does not capture images from a recorded test. Note the test is recorded and can be played back successfully.

 

The images are only displayed after running the test.

    What version of TestComplete are you using?

     

    Did this ever work for you or is it the first time you are using Visualizer?

     

    The images are only displayed after running the test.

    So you are getting the images, just not until after the test?
