    As usual, I solved the issue shortly after asking for help. Funny how that happens...

     

    Reinstalling TestComplete solved the issue.

Hi Jason,

 

Good to know that the problem was solved... Though it sounds strange to me that reinstall helped in this case. My thought was to check the value of the Path To Android SDK option (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/reference/options/engines/mobile/android.html). Might it be that another version of Android SDK was installed to some other path after TestComplete was installed initially? If this is the case, then this explains why reinstall solved the problem.
