I got error "Unable to connect to the device with the ID....." when tried to connect the LG V20 with TestComplete.
1- I checked and installed all the drivers of the device.
2- ADB recognized the device via command "adb devices".
What should I do to make the device connected with TestComplete?

Yes, I did.
I can connect the Samsung S5 (Android 6.0.1), Samsung S6 (Android 5.0.2), LG Leon (Android 5.1.1), and Nexus 6 (6.0.2) but not LG V20 (7.0).
