I am receiving a popup for TestComplete has encountered a problem in module aqReporter.dll and needs to close. I usually clink on don't terminate the application and don't send.
Testcomplete runs normally.
I have reinstalled several times to get rid of this error to no availe.
I am on a VDI system that is closed to the internet.
I would like to run some command line testing and can't because of the popup.
How do I get rid of this popup

Marsha is right, contacting support is a good option in your case.
Please open a support ticket here and describe your situation in as many detail as possible.
Also, send them the logs that you can find in this directory - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\SmartBear\TestComplete\14.0\Logs
The support team will need only the log that corresponds to the day and time when the issue occured.
