Windows 10 vs image capture

Running TestComplete12.60 and TestExecute 12.60. Images captured during playback using viusaliser and images captured via object.image and spying of a window include a transparent frame causing comparison issues.

If the desktop background changes the captures image will change.

Is there a way to change either Windows or TestComplete parameters to avoid this issue.

Note the borders are shown black in object browser, but actual captures contain transparent contour including partial desktop background.
