When running tests with TestExecute to x64 - 12.41 is not putting accent on words as code

After upgrading my TestExecute to x64 - 12.41, when I run a test that types a word with accent, it is not inserting the accent in the letter. When you run the same code in the TestComplete, the accent on the letter is entered correctly. Would anyone know what might be happening?

Ex:  Aliases.eco.FEcoMenu.MDIClient.FDRH001CA.PanelPrincipal.PageControl1.TabSheet1.DnPanel1.ebNome.TDnEdit.Keys('TOM[D219]aS');
You should report in the field 'TOMÁS' but inform 'TOMAS'.

        I upgraded TestExecute to version 12.41 on another machine, however this one is with Windows 7 and ran the problem with word accent. I have identified that this only occurs in tests when running on the server that is Windows Server 2012 R2. Does anyone know if with TestExecute version 12.41 have any incompatibility with those windows?
