Yes. To uninstall TestComplete you need to run the TestComplete installer, not the TestComplete application itself. There should be commandline capabilities there but I don't know what they are.

What are you trying to accomplish by uninstalling from the command line?
That's limted to uninstallation of TestComplete extensions only. I am trying to uninstall the tool itself.
Idea is that someone not have to manually log in to 'N' number of machines and remove the old product after recent upgrade, instead automate the uninstallation process.

You need to use the installer, not the application executable to pass the -remove command.
