Unable to use TFS source control with TC 12.40 64 bits

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of TestComplete (12.40.2869.7), to test it in 64 bits.

My problem is that I can not run the source control because Test Complete tells me it is not installed.
I installed this version: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=TFSPowerToolsTeam.MicrosoftVisualStudioTeamFoundationServer20132015M-11387

Here is the error message :

Do you have an idea of the problem?

Thank you

Nicolas THOMAS

  • That's not the TFS provider....  You're still selecting the SCC API Provider's plugin.  Instead, use the Team Foundation Version Control plugin.

You should see something like this..

For TFS, have you tried using the TFVC client?  Under Tools | Options | Source Control, select Team Foundation Server from the drop down.

Thank you for your reply, and yes I use TFVC client.

When I run Test Complete 32 bits, it works well.

The problem is that the list is empty with Test Complete 64 bits:

The provider appears to be correctly installed in 32 and 64 bits:

That's why I ask your help to know if someone had the problem or if it comes from my installation.
