Unable to place toolbars on the banner ("bell") line on TestComplete IDE

Hi, we're recently upgraded our solution from testcomplete 12.6 to testcomplete 14.2.

On testcomplete 14.2, i'm struggling to comfigure my toolbars like they used to be in testcomplete 12.6

I think one picture will explain better than words:

I just need to place my tools bars on the same line as the "bell" icon (Called "banner" i think)

I cant remove the bell icon or move it, and when sometimes i manage to get my toolsbars on the same line, when i close and reopen testcomplete, the blank line reappears...

I know it's not a big deal, but it's frustrating...

Any help / suggestion ?

Did you find how to remove buttons from the toolbar?

I know how to remove icons / dock toolbars and remove them.
But the "bell" icon, on the top right, is not removable, and seems to interfere with others toolbars (Others toolbars are very difficult to dock one the "bell" line)

I see. Perhaps, it's impossible to move the "bell" icon. Please take a look at the settings of this feature (the Announcements and Notifications paragraph):

The bell icon just switch to a grayed one when I select "Disable announcements and Notifications pannel." but the problem still persisit

In this case, it looks like there is no way to remove this icon from the toolbar. I recommend that you create a feature request here.
