This worked for me
go to http://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/sentineldownloads/?s=&c=End+User&p=Sentinel+HASP+HL&o=all&t=all
then download and install Sentinel HASP/LDK - Windows GUI Run-time Installer
