Ups, sorry.
-jnlpUrl argument should be:
http://<JENKINS_SERVER>:< PORT>/computer/<SLAVE_NODE_NAME>/slave-agent.jnlp

I have tried this (Without the working dir part as it does not like it). I get the same errors as in the screenshot above in the command prompt

Open services on the slave machine and stop jenkinsslave service if any:
Then go to the Jenkins server -> your slave node. You should see something like this:
Copy / paste command line to run it on the slave node.

I have ran that now and it runs without issue. I still get the same error though if I try to execute a build that runs a test complete test. Same error -10 as before
