The license can not unbundling


System disk is damaged and can not start the system, testcomplete not permit unbundling.


Will need to how to do?

    Hello,

    I am your official users through online condensate difficult to answer detailed questions submitted, returned to the customer maintenance has expired.

    Now my computer disk is broken, in urgent need of your help, and how this operation is the original license can be used on other computers.

    Even if your Maintenance subscription has expired, the Support Contact Form should allow you to submit the support ticket. Check the form - there should be a special option for this.


    While the Support Team is restoring the license, you can activate the Emergency License key on another computer to continue using TestComplete there. Please refer to the "Emergency License Keys" article for details.
