When Testcomplete is running in my system. after some time, calculator, setting and other few application are opened. This is happening only if the testcomplete is running.
I am using Windows 10 64 bit
Run TestComplete as an administrator if you aren't already.
Go to Tools | Options | Engines | General and turn off the option "Enable support for testing Windows Store applications" and restart TestComplete.
Unless you are actually testing Windows Store applications, that option is unnecessary.
This is not the result of running Test Complete, but is a bug in Windows 10.
Update Windows 10 completely if you haven't done so already.

If you are testing Modern UI (Metro) apps, disable the Superfetch service and background apps.
If you do not need to test Modern UI apps, unselect the "Enable support for testing Windows Store applications" option in TestComplete as tristaanogre explained.

Doesn't that also disable quick search on start menu AND decrease overall performance of your system?
Ryan_Moran, it appears to be Superfetch that launches these apps (in the suspended mode) in the first place. So disabling Superfetch is one of the workarounds.
Not sure about the start menu.
