TestComplete 14.61.294 install fails on Windows 7

Question

Hello,&nbsp;we are getting a "Fatal error data is corrupted" install error on all our machines (windows 7 and 10) when we try and install 14.61.294.&nbsp;Is anyone getting the same?If you have successfully installed this version on Windows 7 or 10 could you also let me know?&nbsp;Thanks

1) Always always always make a backup of your whole TestComplete folder before you upgrade.&nbsp; This keeps you from getting stuck if you can't get through the upgrade for any reason.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi sonya_m&nbsp;,&nbsp;Yes that's the one 🙂&nbsp;I'll update the thread once the root cause has been found. It seems to be linked to the new installer introduced in 14.61 (14.60 install works).This is relevant for both Test Execute and Test Complete versions.&nbsp;

I have the same problem, during install fails, but it is possible to run it.There is a huge problem, is not possible to run test or run routines.Anyone expirencied, please give us a solution.
