Test Execute 9.3 - 9.30.3373.11 hangs during executing tests

Hi All,



I have the following versions of test complete and test execute installed on the automation environment. After executing tests, test execute hangs - test execute icon is not found on the right top corner of the screen but the process still remains in the task manager, hence the project doesnt complete execution failing to generate reports.

Test Execute Version - 9.30.3373.11

Test Complete version - 9.30.3373.7



Kindly assist in resolving the issue.
