Team Foundation Server Migration

What would be the easiest way to migrate existing projects to a new Team Foundation Server?

    We have completed our migration.  I.T. in cooperation with our programing staff were able to transfer the existing TFS database to a new server.  All that was required after that was to change the settings in Team Explorer to connect to the new server.  Once that was done our TestComplete projects sync'ed back up.  I did not need to unbind or rebind the project.
