TC hangs when trying to remove an Unavailable[Script Unit]

While editing a script file, TC crashes.

Launch TC again, and I see an "Unavailable[Script Unit]".

Get the file back from Upstream via GIT

Now:

1. Launch TC, and open my project, I see the Error message: "An Element with the name 'testcase_100' already exists.

2. Unavailable[Script Unit] still showing. When mouse over I see: "The project node is not available. Initialization Error. [The 'testcase_100' caption assigned to Script unit is invalid.]

3. Remove the Unavailable[Script Unit] causes TC to hang.
