Run Tests Headless

Hi,

is it possible to run UI Tests headless?

I know it from selenium for example that I can run my web tests with headless browsers, which makes it like 10 times as fast.

best regards

Dominik

TestComplete needs an interactive desktop to click on and interact with the UI components of the application under test.  So, in general, the answer is no.

  • It depends  on your approach. If you communicate on protocoll- level you can run also headless. If you make GUI. Interactions you need it. This is the same way like selenium works
