Pres sales question, but sales does not respond...
I had a question about TestComplete so I reached out to sales 12/31 and I got a reply from someone that asked me to fill out a form about myself. I did and I sent it back. And then.....nothing.
A week later I emailed again asking if I could get a reply. And....nothing.
Since then I found my answer to that question on this very helpful forum. But I have a new pre sale question. Where do I go to get it answered please? email@example.com is not working (for me at least). It did not go to spam. I got the one reply from SmartBear and silence since then.
I just want to know the after year 1 costs for the products I am looking at: -Node locked TestComplete for Desktop -TestExecute

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group. I love good food, good books, good friends, and good fun.
