Multiple name mapping

Hi All,

Happy new year!!!

I have a question in regards to name mapping. Is there a way to point on a Form, or a Browser at a high level and the Test Complete name mapping to recognise and map the child objects ?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Best Regads,

Minas

Re: Multiple name mapping

Right click in the mapped object in NameMapping and select "Map Child Objects".  It will only map the immediate children... it won't map the whole tree.  But this is the way to get started at least.

Why automate?  I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy.  Sleep is a requirement.  So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
I love good food, good books, good friends, and good fun.
