    Hi,

     

    I have now upgraded to TestComplete 12.20 and also received the patch, for the issue, that goes with the new version.

    This has been applied and tested and works fine.

    I did query the support if a patch would be required for every new version from now on, but they informed me that the

    patch will be applied in version 12.30...nice :-)

     

    Just need TC to work with Delphi 'Styles' now and everything will be hunky dory!

Yep, it's back...exactly as originally described.

I have re-opened the Support issue and await the solution.

    Hi,

     

    Well, we have now upgraded to Delphi Tokyo 10.2.1

     

    The issue was also here and after re-opening the ticket with Support and a few patches later, I have my script running again.

    Not exactly as originally, I have changed "TInplaceEdit.text" property with the wValue[n,n] property, when trying to find out what is written in the TStringGrid option.

    This returns the correct information for the test in question. TC still struggles with the '.text' property, hence using wValue instead. There had been an issue also with using wValue, but a patch did fix that problem.

    Hopefully, the patch will be included (forever more!) in the future releases of TC.

    Whether or not the .text issue is cleared, I guess we will see.

     

    P.S. Delphi styles still an issue!
