Is there a way to disable Run Script Routine?

I created a VBScript function and add a "Run Script Routine" to the end of a test. In this operation, it will call this VBSript function. When I right click that "Run Script Routine" item in the UI, I saw that "Disable Operions" context menu is grey out.  I want to know if there is a way to let me disable that operation.  Thanks.
