I cant install TC 1060 on one of my WS with win 10.

when i try it, i see this

but, on another my work station (win 10) its all done well.

    Hi benzokos,

     

    Windows 10 support was added in TestComplete 11. Earlier versions are not guaranteed to work on Windows 10. You need TestComplete 11 if you wish to test apps on Windows 10.
