Can you show us your application in the TestComplete Object browser as that is how TestComplete views applications? It could be that your application is there but is a child off of some other system process. It would be good to see how TestComplete sees your application rather than just Windows task manager.
I found the answer. The reason is I did NOT restart my computer after disabling UAC.
Now it works fine.

Now it happends again after TC crashes.
My UAC is still disable.
Reboot my system
launch my test app
launch TC
go to Performace Counter, and my app name is not showing anymore.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks.

Rebooted the system one more time, and the problem solved.
Now I can see my app name listed in the Performance Counter even the app is not running yet...
Anyway, I will close this issue.
