Does TestComplete (v. 11.11) JIRA integration support JIRA 6.4.11?

I am trying out the Jira integration (as described in https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/76131/), but I get a '401 Authorization Required' when trying to access the server. According to the viewarticle JIRA 6.4.7 is supported. Does that mean 6.4.11 is not?

 

Alternatively, could it be the firewall on JIRA? (I can log in from this server in a browser, but if the port is different then we need to open that as well).

    Hi Sha,

     

    TestComplete 11.20 officially supports JIRA 5.0 - 6.4.7. v. 6.4.11 isn’t supported at the moment.

      I am able to post bugs to Jira 7.1.0 (Cloud edition), using TestComplete 11.20
