Data Driven Testing

Hi, 

 

I'm learning concept of Data Driven Testing, I have taken sample "Order" application.

After "Make Data Loop Operation", im trying to import excel, but  sheet Name is not listed in Next step of process

 

My doubt is Im using Libra Office Calc in my System. Is it possible to do with that or Data driven is achieved only using Microsoft Excel. please clarify on these

    If the file you're using is an xls EXCEL formatted file, it doesn't matter what program you use to create it.  However, you do need to make sure certain Excel drivers are present on your system.

     

    Instead of using Excel, if you don't have that application or those drivers, consider using a CSV file instead.
