'Contact Us' Is Working?

I contacted SmartBear last week through 'Contact Us' but there is no response till now.  Is there  anyone even reading it?

    Hi lkhua,

     

    I'm not a licensing specialist. So, I cannot reply to you about the prices. I've asked our team to contact you.

     

    I can clarify several things:

    • The Internet connection is required only to activate a license. 
    • A Node-Locked license is linked to the computer. However, if you need to move the software, you can deactivate the license from one computer and activate it on another one.
    • If you buy 5 licenses, it means that only 5 TestComplete instances can be launched at the same time. The Internet connection isn't required for license usage. You will activate a Floating license on the License Manager PC. This computer should be available in your network so that all TC machines have access to it.
