Can use 1 Node-Locked License to active TestComplete on both Win 10 and Win 7 (2 OS/ 1 computer)

Hi,

Generally speaking this should not be possible and you must use Floating license for this (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/licensing/license-types.html#licenses-by-type).

But you may also talk to your account manager as it was advised by Tanya.
