Can't load online start page

getting this one at start up, after a company security update, what to do ? (besides asking company to open up...)

  • Is it possible there is a company firewall blocking the IP? That happens to me which I check for Smart Bear Test Complete updates. If so open a support ticket and support will work with you and your IT department to get the exact IP/ URL unblocked so you can use TC.

      Zscaler.com tool was installed recently by Company policy, and this is now preventing TestComplete to access the Start page, so I need to know the URL from Smartbear, so we can whitelist this specific URL.

        my company now whitelisted *.smartbear.com which solved the Zscaler blocking problem
