there's no confirmation when posting a question

Hi, we are smartbear customer and i tried to post a question throguh http://smartbear.com/support/message/?prod=TestComplete but after clicking proceed it redirsct me to http://smartbear.com/...

We have analyzed the server logs and think that the problem was caused by the size of the file you tried to attach to your request. Sorry for the inconvenience.




I would appreciate it if you submit another request to us. This time, please do not attach the file in the request, but please make an image of the filled Support Request form and attach this image to the submission. Also, please specify the exact size of the initial file you tried to attach.
