chrome 34 and testcomplete10.0 object identification issue

Hi,

I had issues with the object identification with the chrome 34 so I uninstalled chrome and testcomplete 10.0 and installed chrome 34 and testcomplete 10.20 even the web module was selected while installing the testcomplete I could not find the extension on the chrome tools page .. so I tried to find the tcCrExtension.crx file in the smart bear folder as advised in the

http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/57804/ . Please advice how to resolve this issue so that I can continue with my work.
