Wait for element in keyword web tests

I've been looking for information for how to implement this command in my keyword tests. (test complete web tests)

But I only find information on how to use this through code writing but I need implement this in my keyword tests.
Could you inform me where is information about this?
Or a image how I can implement this

    Use the "On-Screen Action" operation, select the parent object of the element you are waiting for, select the method "WaitAliasChild", fill in the properties.  That should do what you need.
